Industrial Charm Meets Excellent Coffee
Our coffee shop is now open in a renovated Victorian railway arch in a part of Leamington Spa that is quickly becoming a destination for independent businesses. The space is intentionally small, designed as a natural respite for local workers, visitors exploring the area, and anyone who wants great coffee in a relaxed setting.
We still intend to add more furniture and change the lighting. As the shop develops, the focus stays the same: serve excellent coffee, create a social place people return to, and keep the atmosphere true to its historic industrial location.
Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday 9.30 to 3.30, Saturday 11.30 to 3. Sunday and bank holiday Mondays open for special events and by request only.

The Space
We’re building a stripped-back interior that suits the railway arch character, using natural materials and upcycled or repurposed furniture. Seating is limited to keep things comfortable, with around 12 to 16 covers, making it a must-visit spot for a quick coffee, a catch-up with friends, or a small business meeting.

Sustainable coffee roasting
Coffee will be roasted on-site, with the roaster in plain sight so you can see the process and experience the unmistakable aroma as the beans develop through the roast. It’s part of what gives the space its character.
