Industrial Charm Meets Excellent Coffee
Our coffee shop is taking shape in a renovated Victorian railway arch in a part of Leamington Spa that is quickly becoming a destination for independent businesses. The space is intentionally small, designed as a natural respite for local workers, visitors exploring the area, and anyone who wants great coffee in a relaxed setting.
As the shop comes together, the focus stays the same: serve excellent coffee, create a social place people return to, and keep the atmosphere true to its historic industrial location.
The Space
We’re building a stripped-back interior that suits the railway arch character, using natural materials and upcycled or repurposed furniture. Seating is limited to keep things comfortable, with around 12 to 16 covers, making it a must-visit spot for a quick coffee, a catch-up with friends, or a small business meeting.

Sustainable coffee roasting
Coffee will be roasted on-site, with the roaster in plain sight so you can see the process and experience the unmistakable aroma as the beans develop through the roast. It’s part of what gives the space its character.
Coffee menu direction
At launch, we’ll showcase espresso-based drinks, built around our own coffees and dialled in for consistency. Over time, we’ll expand into brewing styles that let you explore coffee in different ways, including pour over, AeroPress, Chemex, and French press.
