Eligibility

Open to new customers only, meaning anyone who has not previously placed an order with Ginger Elephant. Valid on first orders only. This offer is not available to wholesale customers.

How to claim

Sign up to the Ginger Elephant mailing list and a discount code will be sent to the email address you provide.

The discount

The code gives 15% off the product value of your order. It does not apply to delivery charges. The code must be entered at checkout to be applied.

No minimum spend

There is no minimum order value required to use the code.

One use per customer

Limited to one use per customer, one per email address and one per household.

Cannot be combined

The code cannot be used alongside any other discount code, voucher or promotional offer.

Subscriptions

The code can be applied to a first order placed as a subscription. The standard saving available to active subscribers will continue to apply to later subscription deliveries. The code is a one-time use and will not apply to any orders after the first.

Applying the code

The code must be applied at the time of ordering and cannot be added to an order afterwards.

Validity

Each code is valid for 14 days from the date it is issued.

Ginger Elephant's rights

Ginger Elephant reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, refuse or end this welcome offer, including the welcome discount and any saving available to subscribers, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion. Codes already issued will remain valid until their 14-day period expires, unless the offer is withdrawn due to suspected misuse.

General

The code has no cash value and is non-transferable. Ginger Elephant reserves the right to amend these terms, or to refuse or cancel an order where it reasonably believes the offer is being misused. The offer applies to orders placed at www.gingerelephantcoffee.co.uk and is governed by the law of England and Wales.
